Shiatsu is a bodywork technique that evolved in the Far East, based on ancient philosophical traditions and healing arts.
Shiatsu optimises the distribution of ki (vital energy) within a network of channels called "meridians". By applying techniques and pressure along the meridians, and on other specific areas, the correct energy flow, fundamental for maintaining health, is re-established.
