The purpose of this document is to explain the company’s procedures adopted regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that may be collected through this site.

The collection, use and disclosure of the personal information referred to in this policy may involve the transfer of such information, solely to Davide Scarenzio, to jurisdictions outside the country of residence of the user concerned, whose data protection laws and regulations may differ. In this circumstance, the company is committed to respecting the protection of personal data of its users in all the companies of its group. Access and rectification
In order to keep personal data accurate, up-to-date and complete (including the information referred to in Art. 3 Order 479 of 17.9.2015), users are requested to contact us in the manner indicated. We will make every effort to update or rectify the personal data in our possession previously sent through the site. Users may, however, exercise their rights under Article 7 of the Code, and Articles 16-22 of European Reg. 2916/679, including:

- the user has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
In ogni caso, per quanto concerne i dati di cui all’art. 3 del Provvedimento indicato, si precisa che la conservazione degli stessi sarà effettuata secondo il disposto degli art. 7 e 8 del Provvedimento stesso.
In any case, with regard to the data referred to in Article 3 of the aforementioned Measure, it should be noted that they will be stored in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Measure.
Security
All reasonably applicable precautions have been taken in order to protect personal information collected through this website against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Please note, however, that no transmission over the Internet is completely secure or error-free.
